Jerry has been in the real estate industry since 1979 helping to "Improve Clients Lives for Over 35 Years". Jerry has a broad field of experience working with both buyers and sellers through all kinds of challenging markets from the sky high 18% interest rates of the 1980's, boom markets and the downturns where foreclosures and short sales were the norm. As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, he can assist attorneys and heirs with the arduous task of selling Probate properties. Jerry has also be instrumental working with new agents to help jump-start their new real estate careers. Jerry has been a branch manager for large National real estate companies as well are large regional brokerages before serving as Vice President and Sale Manager of the James R Gary Company, joining Dilbeck Real Estate when they acquired the Gary company in 1997. Jerry grew up in the San Fernando Valley, attending Northridge Junior High, Cleveland High of Reseda, Pierce College and California State University, Northridge. In his spare time Jerry, a single digit handicapper, enjoys golfing and travel. Jerry has now relocated and brought his expertise to the Coachella Valley and Windermere Real Estate where he utilizes his real estate expertise to help buyers and sellers with their real estate goals.
